Rooibos provides an nice dose of Vitamin C and has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. We love what the vanilla does for the slightly sweet, nutty flavor of this tea. It brews up a dark brown cup that's an excellent alternative to coffee or black tea.
Ingredients: South African Rooibos, Tahitian Vanilla
Herbal Tea. Naturally Caffeine Free. Steep 1 Tbl 5-7 minutes.
